"don´t look back"

The reflection and interpretation of my own memory is an important motivation within my artistic work. I´m aiming somehow the reduction of personal matters to a kind of steady content of truth and a symbolic expression, which is commonly understood. In this sense my pictures are to be seen as concentrates, which refer to many different levels of interpretation besides the personal one. Being autonomous objects of art, they provoke new topics to be looked at by posing themselves questions, giving the answers, too.
