Biography

Born in Ulm in 1972, 1992 A-levels, 1994 - 1996 studied civil engineering at the University of Technology Stuttgart, 1996 - 1998 Internship with Schade Design in Burlafingen, 1996 -2001 industrial design course at the National Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart, diploma degree, 2002 - 2003 worked for »Atelier-Centrale« in Hamburg, since 2003 self-employed, established studio »Sternform Produktgestaltung« together with Andrea Großfuss, awards: 1998 winner of Fiat Design Award, 1999 award winner at the »B. Leitner Constructiv — Design Competition« and 2nd prize Loewe Design Competition

Olaf Kießling and Andrea Großfuss were prize winners of the Leitz Design Award in 2003
